Tamannaah Bhatia And Kajal Aggarwal To Be Questioned On Cryptocurrency Case
According to reports from 123 Telugu, Ashokan, a former soldier from Moolakulam, Puducherry, has complained to a Coimbatore-based firm established in 2022. In his complaint, he claims to have been deceived in a cryptocurrency investment scheme that led him to invest Rs 1 crore, in addition to persuading ten other friends to contribute a total of Rs 2.4 crore.
As part of the complaint, Ashokan mentioned attending the firm’s launch event, which was attended by Tamannaah Bhatia. He was also present at another function in Mahabalipuram where Kajal Aggarwal served as the chief guest. Reports suggest that at this event, gifts including cars valued between Rs 10 lakh and Rs 1 crore were presented to more than 100 investors.
The police are seeking clarification from both Tamannaah and Kajal regarding whether they were merely endorsing the events or if they had any financial ties to the company in question. As of now, neither Tamannaah nor Kajal has publicly addressed these allegations.
On the professional front, both actresses have several films scheduled for release in 2025-2026. Tamannaah recently attended the grand teaser launch of her upcoming Telugu film, Odela 2, which made history by unveiling its teaser at the Mahakumbh 2025. The film tells the story of how Odela Mallanna Swamy protects his village from evil forces.
Meanwhile, Kajal is set to appear in the upcoming Salman Khan film Sikandar, which also features Rashmika Mandanna, Sharman Joshi, Suniel Shetty, and Prateik Babbar. Additionally, she will make a guest appearance as Devi Parvati in Vishnu Manchu’s forthcoming project, Kannappa.
